There was a multitude of traditional boats out and about on the River Deben during the OGA Deben Rally over the Bank Holiday Weekend: 24 – 27 May, 2024. The event included two days of racing & cruising, a celebration lunch for the Cherubs’ Centenary at Woodbridge Boatyard (formerly Eversons), barbecues, campfires and the postponed OGA Gaffling 4.1 Championship on Bank Holiday Monday at The Rocks.
Saturday’s video was captured by Beverley from a kayak as the winds were light and tide with us in both directions. Thanks go to Jago for driving the Press launch on Monday when the wind and tide meant taking photos from kayaks would be virtually impossible!
