This page has been set up to illustrate how we can make use of the OGA SmugMug Image Archive by embedding galleries of images in local Area content. It is also possible to embed Instagram ‘feeds’ but I haven’t tested this yet . . .
Four instances of ‘shared galleries’ have been created below for review/testing purposes. Look forward to receiving feedback!
Here’s a Gallery of images from the 2025 Gaffling 4.1 Championship, Ullswater. Created with the WordPress plugin Photonic, it ‘pulls’ images directly from the OGA SmugMug Archive. Adding images to the SmugMug library updates this instance of the gallery in real time. The captions are also created in SmugMug and updated there.

Here’s another Gallery created using the WordPress plugin Photonic, showing a different layout generated in WordPress. The Gallery holds a collection of images to illustrate the 2016 Solent Annual Race. Some images are re-used from the Boat Register whilst others have been uploaded to illustrate the event.
